PRIVATE COMPANIES READY TO TAKE FIRST STEPS TOWORDS TAKING OVER FEDERAL HR WORK.  This Marks First Time Private Sector Companies Will Directly Provide Services to Federal Employees as SSC.  

Like Wizards Of Oz Behind The Scene, private sector companies currently provide the technical knowhow and muscle behind SSC's controlled by Agriculture, Defense, HHS, Interior and Treasury; considered nothing more than Government fronts.  

Now OPM and GSA have cleared the way for the private sector companies to eliminate most of the middlemen (Gov't fronts) and provide a full range of services (staffing, class, er, lr, benefits, etc) directly to Federal agencies/managers (eliminating the need for Fed HR staffs).  

This will eviscerate the notion of Federal HR work as "inherently Governmental."..more..more
