LAIRS is a searchable database containing current Federal labor-management relations information.  It includes:

  • Text of Federal sector collective bargaining agreements
  • Ground Rules
  • Representational data on all bargaining units certified by FLRA
  • Case Listings  -  Guidances  --  Reports  --  Indexes  --  Etc

    • And misc publications by the OPM Center for Partnership and Labor-Management Relations (CPLMR), FLRA, FSIP,  ... Etc.
    LAIRS Quick-Login Procudure

    1. To Enter LAIRS click on the button  *Login to LAIRS*

    2. Click on the *Guest Login* button.

    3. Congratulations! -- You are In.  You should now be at the Desktop page.  On the left hand side of the page are the control buttons.  The rest of the page includes Desktop Queries and Desktop Projects.

    [ NOTE: If you see the message "Session ended"  you will not be able to log in until you change your browser preferences to allow COOKIES to be placed on your computer.]

    • Desktop Queries are pre-selected searches that update themselves as new documents are added.
    • Desktop Projects are projects that some user has made available to others.
