First they got rid of SOELR for no good reason.  Then they buried the Employee Relations Division so deep in the bowels of OPM, you need Jules Verne to find it.  They went on and renamed ER to make it more difficult to find.  Shame on you!  

The Employee Relations Division (Ken Bates and the crew) was one of the best assets OPM had to offer to Federal agency Professionals.  Maybe someone figured they could make a better case for privatization if they got rid of SOELR and buried the great OPM Employee Relations Division.
